What is Turmeric?

The turmeric herb has been part of Ayurvedic medicine in India for many centuries. The plant roots are orange and have been known to grow up to 2 feet and above in length.

The real value of turmeric comes from curcumin. This is extracted from the root and hence we have the term turmeric curcumin.

How can this particular nutrient benefit you?
