Quercitin is a naturally occurring flavonoid that can be found in food sources such as fruits and vegetables. It is most commonly found in apples, onions, cherries, certain citrus fruits, leafy vegetables, broccoli, raspberries, black tea, green tea, red wine and red grapes.
