Memory Herbs

Bacopin. Bacopin is a less common herb often used to enhance the effects of
ginkgo. It is primarily used to control anxiety, depression, and
neurological disorders. It can also improve memory, concentration, and
intellectual and learning capacity.
Rosemary. Rosemary is known to improve memory, focus, and brain function. It
is also a natural flavor enhancer, making it a staple for those on
salt-restricted diets.
Schisandra. Schisandra is native to China and has long been used in
traditional Chinese medicine. Its fruit is usually eaten dried. It can
improve memory,metal awareness, and create a sense of well-being.
IMPORTANT: Dietary supplements are not as strictly regulated in the US as
conventional drugs. Because of this, many supplements, especially herbal
